I took part in a Question and Answer Session with Citizenship Students from Darlington's Education Village.

The students had prepared some tough questions about global democracy and lowering the voting age. We entered into a lively debate and the students argued their case well. I very much hope a group of students from the EV will come down to Parliament later in the year for a tour of the Palace of Westminster and perhaps to take part in Round 2 of the debate!
