   Darlington Survey

I've been the MP for Darlington for over 16 years now.  In that time I've met and talked with thousands of constituents and I've come to know something about the area and the people who live here.

I want to know how to serve you even better so I'm sending this questionnaire to every household, which you are also welcome to fill out online, to find out, in detail, what you think about Darlington and the town's future.

I don't have a political intent - I think we might all benefit from a better understanding about the needs of our community. I also hope you might find it interesting to know a little more about what the people around you think of Darlington so, once I've had the responses back, I'll write up the results in a report and publish it, along with some of my own observations, on this website.

All the information you provide will be confidential and, of course, subject to the laws governing Freedom of Information and Data Protection, but do feel free to ignore any questions you don't wish to answer.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours,

Alan Milburn
